Privacy policy

Use of personal data
Personal data is never shared with 3. part unless you explicitly give us your consent to do so. We do not collect personal information unless you have provided these by registering, buying products, participating in a survey or the like.

Personal data is used to complete the purchase or accomplish the service in relation to which the data was provided. The information is also used to gain more knowlede about you and other uses of our website.

Contact regarding personal data
If you want access to the information registered about you in our system, please contact us. If incorrect information is collected or you have other objections, please contact us directly. You have the option to gain insight into what information is stored about you and you may object to the registration under the provisions of the Danish Privacy Act.

Protection of personal data
According to the Danish Privacy Act your personal information must be saved securely and confidentially. We save your personal data on computers with limited access, that are placed in controlled facilities and our security measures are inspected regularly to assess if our data is handled securely and in continued consideration of your rights as a user. However, we cannot guarantee 100pct security when transferring data via the Internet. This means, that there may be a risk that others can gain unjustified access to the information when it is transmitted and stored electronically. You therefore provide your personal data at your own risk.

Personal data is deleted or made anonymous continuously as the purpose of which it was collected is no longer relevant. Personal data is saved in a maximum of 12 months after last use.

The rapid development of the Internet means that changes in our processing of personal data may be necessary. We therefore reserve the right to update and amend these guidelines for handling personal information.

According to the GDPR Privacy Act you have the right to gain information about the personal data saved in our system, that relates to you. If it turns out that the information or data processed about you is incorrect or misleading, you have the right to demand these corrected, deleted or blocked. You may at any time object to our handling of the data about you. You can also at any time withdraw your consent. You have the option to complain about the treatment of information and data relating to you. Complaints are to be submitted to the Danish Data Protection Agency, cf. the Danish Privacy Act § 58, paragraph. 1.
